Julia and I have worked together at Help Portrait. But this is the first I’ve had the opportunity to meet her family.

And yes – they would DEFINITELY have fit into the ‘good friend’ category.

Alas, now they live in beautiful western North Carolina… (and no, although it may SEEM like I’m bitter, I’m actually excited for them!)

Before they left, we all hit the streets in Souderton…

Sometimes, as a photographer, I try to come prepared with props to occupy the kids. That’s actually one of Kerry’s specialties!

(and unfortunately, she wasn’t along this time…)

Then, sometimes, the props are all around you. Like this time – leaves.

Consign for Design is a great little ‘contemporary consignment shop’ in Souderton. Thanks for the rocker, Rich! It was a hit!

Scott asked if we could take a few photos for him to use in his business…

But before long, June was saying ‘what about ME??’

So it was back to family time!
